Quantum offers intercultural training for clients and their employees. Training takes place at a variety of settings including: non–profit organizations, hospitals, medical offices, legal settings, businesses.
Intercultural training involves bridging any gaps that may occur due to cultural nuances and differences in the customs of two countries. Even the slightest difference in how people greet one another or the etiquette preceding a business transaction, can cause confusion and a possible ripple in an otherwise smooth communication. This specialized training heightens awareness of challenges and helps to prevent miscommunication. Training also encompasses sensitizing clients to differences such as religious beliefs and practices.
Quantum’s professional staff provides training that is specifically tailored to the client’s industry. Training entails how to effectively utilize interpreter services, such as in–person and over–the–phone.
We provide training in a variety of settings including medical, legal, educational, business and non–profit organizations.
No matter the setting, Quantum is happy to schedule a training session at your site.
